Sorry, it was the wrong mug (too big). I have sent it back and asked for a refund.
Esther last week on 21 February said she would she would get back to me within the hour. Today is the 24 February. Nothing from Esther. I am not impressed,
I ordered mugs as a gift for my wife and I (we love his and hers mugs), the beautiful mugs were delivered well in time for Christmas, but when I opened the parcel before wrapping, I noticed a small chip in one of the cups and tried contacting the help@ address, I've now tried 4 times and each time received a bounce back response. I also tried contacting the Web chat but no one was available - it was in the evening, so understandable - the chat advised I'd get an update when someone picked up my message, but to date I've received nothing.
The mugs are lovely, but I'm really disappointed in the service from hype in the lack of response.
Please advise .
Very happy with the product and packaging, BUT I went through agonies of worrying whether I'd actually receive it. You did not send me the promised email when it was shipped, your website showed it as being prepared for shipping right up until after it had arrived (!); your email address did not work - still doesn't! - and your online chat was totally useless since nobody came on there to chat from your end. I couldn't even get a response when, convinced I was being scammed, I tried to cancel my order.
I think that constitutes a breach of the distance selling regulations!
So thank you for fulfilling my order but I could not recommend you and would be very hesitant to order from you again.
Bought a Hoptimist reindeer that sadly came without antlers. Imagine the despair on Christmas day.
Sadly, and annoyingly your help email address gave a bounce back.
